The TruSeal range of products has been engineered for use across a wide variety of markets, applications and environments.
Our TruSeal range is ideally suited to robotic and automation lines, with multiple cable entries across control panels and equipment. The increasing use of semiconductors and other electronic equipment in the workspace demands more consideration in respect of Electro Magnetic Interference.
Our EMC solutions provide superior performance in the attenuation of interference. Where multiple cables are required to enter an enclosure, the multi seal solution is available.
In environments with exposure to hazardous and corrosive substances, our TruSeal range is available in polymeric, high phosphorus nickel plated brass or 316L stainless steel. These materials offer corrosion protection depending on the application.
For clean-down operations, the range is tested to IP66 and IP69K to simulate jet-wash conditions and steam cleaning.
Fire and security equipment demands the highest levels of reliability. Our material performance and durability ensures continued operation during emergencies.
The self-extinguishing properties of the UL94–V0 material improves public safety in the event of a fire.
TSPV0 is ideal for use with fire resistant cables in commercial, residential, and public spaces like universities, hospitals, and schools.
For transportation applications, particularly in public areas where protection against fire and smoke inhalation risk is required, we have a UL94-V0 material option.
The TSPV0 is zero-halogen with excellent low smoke and fume properties.
Our range is designed to prevent self-loosening in applications subject to vibration such as rolling stock.
The TruSeal range offers solutions for both surface and sub-marine applications in explosive atmopsheres and industrial/safe areas.
The low smoke and fume properties of the materials are consistent with naval standards and the TruSeal range has NATO stock numbers.
For renewable energy applications, such as wind, solar and hydro, where space constraints are common, the compact/low-profile design of the TruSeal range is ideally suited.
Reduction of Electro Magnetic Interference in these applications is crucial.
Our EMC solutions provide superior performance in the attenuation of interference.
The CMP A2-MH product is an example of a bespoke product developed for a wind application.
The TruSeal range includes Ex e and Ex t third party certified products for explosive atmospheres, where extensive testing is required.
Impact resistance is critically important in oil and gas applications. TruSeal polymers have been specifically formulated to provide the highest levels of impact protection.
Where heat trace cables are concerned, TruSeal flatform seal solutions have the widest temperature range on the market.
