Cleat Selector
The CMP Cleat selector is available on our website and allows our clients to input their system parameters or limitations into the system, and to generate a series of what-if scenarios on based on different criteria such as :
- Peak fault and duration of fault
- Cable diameter
- Cable formation
- Cleat Material
The results can be downloaded by the user in a report format for later reference.
Spacing Calculations
Here at CMP, we regularly assist customers with cable cleat spacing calculations based on live project parameters.
Primarily these are based around short circuit electromechanical force withstand, to ensure that the best suited cable cleat is proposed for the project, with proven mechanical strength at the required client lineal cleat spacing, backed up by physical short circuit test data.
The benefits this brings to projects includes:

Training Services
We offer free of charge global training to installers, engineers and site inspectors on the correct selection and installation of all of our product ranges.

- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses in a classroom environment.
Bespoke Products
We offer bespoke cable management solutions for clients worldwide, including tailored cable glands and cleats. Our in-house design teams utilise advanced 3D printing facilities to rapidly develop prototypes. Additionally, we conduct comprehensive testing and provide detailed suitability reports to validate each solution's effectiveness in its intended environment.
