TRUSEAL SEALING OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Dual seals have the advantages associated with a wider cable sealing range. Where only the estimated cable diameter is known, there is a greater margin for error with a wider sealing range. Dual seals are also the most versatile option for stockists as a wider range of cables can be accommodated within each gland size.
- The dual seal option covers a larger cable range with fewer gland sizes
- Less risk of sizing errors caused by cable tolerances
- High quality durable material
- Superior strain relief
- Sold separately or in a pack or assembled as part of the gland

Multiseals (MS) allow a number of cables to pass through the same gland. This is particularly useful in both safe areas and hazardous (Ex) applications where space is limited and multiple entries are not possible. The different configurations include multiple holes for the same size and, in some cases, cables of different sizes. Any unused holes can be plugged with multiseal plugs.
- Available in all types of TruSeal cable glands up to and including size 40
- High quality durable material
- Wide sealing ranges cover cable manufacturing tolerances
- Sold separately or in a pack or assembled as part of the gland

Flat Form Seals (FF) are typically used to terminate trace heating cables that are used in many industrial, transportation and energy applications, both safe area and hazardous area (Ex). The standard range accommodates the most common cables but bespoke configurations can be developed for specialist applications.
- Available in all types of TruSeal cable glands up to and including size 40
- High quality durable material
- Sold separately in a pack or assembled as part of the gland

Designed to offer superior strain relief for smaller cables, Standard Seals are an effective solution for common cable types.
- High quality durable material
- Superior strain relief
- Sold separately or in a pack or assembled as part of the gland

MULTISEAL/IP PLUGS
IP Plugs are used as a means of protecting equipment and enclosures from dust and moisture. They are for use in explosive atmospheres or industrial atmospheres. They are rated IP66 – IP69K , equalling the ingress protection of the gland.
Multiseal plugs are used when one or more of the holes in a Multi-Seal are temporarily or permanently redundant.

TRANSIT DISCS
Transit discs are used as a means of protecting equipment and enclosures from dust and moisture where the gland is pre-installed. Transit discs provide a resilient, weatherproof temporary seal and should be removed before the cable is installed.
